Residence and work permits for the people you send to Hungary

We have strong experience with immigration matters in Hungary and tailor the work to your specific needs. We know what the authority requires, so we submit complete applications that go through smoothly, which helps you avoid lengthy correction rounds and refusals. We cannot promise approval, because the decision rests with the authority. Immigration is the part of a market entry that most often slips, because it depends on documents issued in another country, in another language, on somebody else's timetable. The person waiting is not a file, they are a colleague who has already given notice on an apartment.

Fixed fee From EUR 305 per person plus VAT

Fixed fees per person, by permit type and batch size, with the cost known in advance.

Timeline: Statutory processing times vary by permit type and are set by the authority. The part we control (preparation and filing) is usually 1-2 weeks once documents are legalised.

FAQ

Can family members come at the same time?

Usually yes, and they should. Running family applications in parallel with the main applicant avoids a second wait. It does mean gathering marriage and birth certificates early, legalised the same way as everything else.

What most often goes wrong?

Legalisation. A document that is correct in substance but carries the wrong certification will be rejected, and the replacement has to be obtained from the issuing country all over again. We check this before anything is filed, which is the single most useful thing we do here.

Do you also help with housing and schools?

Not as a paid service, but we will point you to people who do this properly rather than leave a family to work it out alone in a new city.

Which permit applies to a manager we are sending here?

It depends on the role and how long the assignment runs. For managers and specialists transferred within a group, an intra-company transfer permit is usually the fit; for a longer-term hire employed directly in Hungary, a Hungarian Card or an EU Blue Card can apply depending on qualifications. We confirm which route fits before anything is filed.
