Accounting, payroll and tax filings in Hungary, reported in English or Chinese

Hungarian reporting deadlines are unforgiving and the filings are in Hungarian. A head office abroad usually finds out about a problem when a penalty notice arrives, translated by somebody who does not know what it means. Besides correct bookkeeping, a foreign owner needs a monthly picture they can read and someone who raises a question before it becomes an assessment.

Fixed fee From EUR 250 per month plus VAT

Fixed monthly fees, tiered by document volume, with the cost known in advance.

Timeline: We can take over from the following month; mid-year transfers are routine.

FAQ

Can you take over from our current accountant?

Yes, and it is a normal part of the work. We take the handover documentation, check the opening balances against the last filed return, and tell you plainly if we find something that needs correcting before we sign anything.

Will we understand what we are signing?

That is the point of the monthly summary. Statutory filings are in Hungarian because they have to be, but nothing goes to the authority without you having seen what it says in a language you read.

Is legal advice included?

No. Accounting and legal work are separate services, deliberately. But they sit in the same building: when your bookkeeper spots a contract or employment question, it goes to a lawyer here rather than to you as a problem to solve.
